Farmhouse Renovation

Description

The house was badly in need of updating, and the original entry was actually to the side of the house. The client did not, however, want to lose the comfortable look or feel.

We made considerable floor plan improvements, added a front porch and created the entry there. We added a number of dormers on the second floor to make the upstairs floor plan more workable.

One person commented approvingly that it seemed as though we had “picked the house up and turned it around to where it belongs.”
