Saltbox Revisited

Description

With this new house the client wanted a house to suit their lifestyle within the context of traditional New England vernacular. We decided to see what kind of fun we could have with the venerable saltbox form.

A common theme throughout our work is to establish a meaningful relationship between inside and out. With this residence, we made extensive use of decks, and even have a few on the second floor.
