In recent years, both the design and construction industries have returned to the proven method of Design/ Build. Many clients, too, are finding this method to suit their project needs. Below is a partial list of benefits utilizing this service:

• Single Source Responsibility

Many clients have come to prefer a single point of Contact who is responsible for all aspects of the project throughout both the design and construction process.

In traditional design-bid-build, the client enters into an agreement with the contractor only after the design has been completed. The true costs of the project are not known until that point has been reached. In Design/ Build, fixed costs are established and guaranteed early in the process. Additionally, the financial risks of errors or omissions are transferred from the Client to the Design/ Build team.
